 Exersize reps sets rest extra
Back squat 8-12 7 working sets 90sec increase weight each set
Leg extensions 15 6 90sec dropsets last 2 sets 
Stiff leg deadlifts 8 90sec focus on hamstrings
Leg press 20 4 90sec burnouts
Single leg extensions 10 3 no rest
