Is that a line that losers use after they’ve suffered defeat? 

For me its never you vs you, if that were the case I wouldn't be where I am now.

Work until your idols become your competition.

Before I started working in the fitness industry I’d never heard of this ‘you vs you’ phenomenon. I played basketball my whole life, it was you against another team and if you lost, you went back to the drawing board and messed them up the next time you faced off. 

So you're telling me you step on stage to compete with 20 other athletes to do ‘you vs you’. 

Losing is nothing to be ashamed of, being a sore loser is something to be ashamed of!
