Minimizing damage while drinking alcohol

  • Hit your protein target of the day 3hrs before drinking
  • Drink wodka mixed with diet sodas 
  • get lit quick and stop drinking, so you slowly sober up during the night.
  • Don’t eat until you completely sobered up
  • grab a double shake and go to bed (casein preferably)
  • stay within calories even when drinking.
  • Sleep it off and rehydrate the next day.
