Minimizing damage while drinking alcohol
- Hit your protein target of the day 3hrs before drinking
- Drink wodka mixed with diet sodas
- get lit quick and stop drinking, so you slowly sober up during the night.
- Don’t eat until you completely sobered up
- grab a double shake and go to bed (casein preferably)
- stay within calories even when drinking.
- Sleep it off and rehydrate the next day.
