tips to lose belly fat:

  1. Do compound exercises; squats, deadlifts, barbell rows etc. The more muscles you use the more fat you'll burn
  2. Make sure you're in a calorie deficit
  3. divide your macro's, high protein 
  4. add cardio to burn more calories
  5. be consistent !
  6. Speed up your metabolism by eating more vegetables 
  7. Drink coffee
