4 Pieces Of Common Health Advices That Are False

Advices that you should ignore from now on.

  1. 'Lose belly fat and get abs by doing ab exercises'. Please do not fall for this. Everyone has abs, they're just covered by a layer of fat. If you have a low body fat percentage they will appear. You can lower your body fat by dieting and working out..
  2. 'Fat burners burn fat'. You can't eat in a surplus and expect to lose fat by solely taking fat burners. They only compliment the process of fat loss when you're eating in a caloric deficit. Fat burners take away your appetite, provide you with energy and work as a thermogenic, which results in a slight increase of your metabolism. 
  3. 'Eating healthy will make you lose fat'. You can eat healthy and still be in a surplus.
  4. 'Eat at least 6 meals a day' This is old school bodybuilders talk. 2 meals and some snacks is more than enough, just make sure you divide your macro's the right way and keep an eye on your overall calorie intake. If you want help, you can get one of my programs.
